Nainaa Foods was born in the villages around Madurai, out of a simple worry — that the honest ghee, oils and honey we grew up with were disappearing behind factory shortcuts and clever labels.
So we went back to the source: native cattle, indigenous seeds, wood-fire kitchens and the patient hands that still know the old methods.
